I'm not dead. This course I'm taking has eaten my life. One moment while I defibrillate this comic.

So I come back from brisbane minus a cable for my laptop, hence Im unable to finish this new and abominable page im attempting to repair into presentability. Then power cable arrives (hooray!) and I discover that my intuous is inexplicably ceasing to function at random intervals. I dont know whether its the tablet, the driver or vista, as all are new. In any case, heres another excuse for this page to sit and sit.

I'm back to study next year. I've decided on Physics. Its ok. I can wait until you stop laughing... There you go. Anyway. I'm going to UQ back up in Queensland, and hopefully studying for a semester on campus, so as to get my head around the math and avoid the possible scenario you were thinking of which caused you to laugh so hard a few seconds ago. Thats all for now. New comics when I figure this new horror out.

I installed Ubuntu onto a partition of my hard drive previously dedicated to a useless dell restore point. It works with everything but my mouse and wacom at this point. I am super proud of myself, despite it being the easiest-to-use iteration of linux ever to grace this pale blue dot.

Speaking of which, it lets you pick out open source software from a list and theres this epic application which lets you view the universe in three dimensions.. so you can zoom off to io and europa or just zoom completely out of the milky way. It's all 10000% accurate of course, as the Milky Way has been mapped reliably and in its entirity.

I finished reading The Man In The High Castle by P.K.Dick as well. I feel I would have appreciated it more, had I the slightest bit of knowledge about the history of WWII or german or japanese culture back then.

Spring cleaning this newsbox. Too much irrelevant information. This storyline is gradually falling together in my head. Ever so gradually. I seem to get nervous every time I have to put dialogue in this comic. Hard to gauge whether it all sounds awkward and forced or smooth and pertinent.

I have a computer that runs Photoshop properly now! However, having transported it to my room to let me draw late into the night I find that there is no space for anything. My feet rest on a printer and scanner and my lap is the only place my Wacom will fit. I do so love to blame my tools.

Will hopefully have time to update this webpage soon too. Remove some irrelevant links and give it a smoother, more co-ordinated design. The applications and files gradually migrate from my old computer. I can’t believe some of the crap i had on that thing. Whole series of TV shows which I had completely forgotten existed and never watched.
